Returns + Exchanges

We will accept the return of your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the date you bought it.
Return Policy
- We must receive your returned item within 30 days of the day you received it. International orders must be received within 45 days.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed and all the tags attached.
- Returns must be received within 30 business days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). International orders have 45 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. For returned items past the 30 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the amount returned. The 30 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 40 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We’ll process returns as soon as we receive them, but sometimes it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
- Digital or downloadable items are non-refundable. No Exceptions.
If you return a non-returnable item, the item will be disposed or donated. A return will not be issued. No exceptions.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for something else, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive it, you will get a confirmation email from us with your updated tracking code with your new item. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee they’ll be available but we’ll do our best!
If the price of the exchange is more than the returned items, we will use the original form of payment. Email us at support@jessonamission.com if you’d like to use a different payment method.
Defective Items
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren’t marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with your tracking number to see where your package was dropped off.
- Check with your neighbors to see if it was dropped off there.
- Please wait at least 48 hours after the package was marked as delivered to see if it shows up.
